Workplace Environment

Montgomery Purdue is very serious about the quality of legal services it provides to its clients. But that doesn’t mean the firm’s culture isn’t one of friendly camaraderie. We have events throughout the year, such as:

We have always believed that a healthy and active life outside of the firm leads to the most energetic, productive people inside the firm. We find this makes for an interesting and lively workplace.

We do not expect our team members to put in exceedingly long hours. For professional support staff, overtime is an infrequent occurrence. When a big project comes up, however, which requires everyone to pitch in above and beyond the usual call of duty, our lawyers and professional support staff are there to do whatever needs to be done.

Personal interests among people in our firm vary widely.

Some of our interests include running, cooking, traveling, playing various sports, gardening, crafting, reading, playing instruments, learning foreign languages, fishing, hiking, biking, and wine tasting.  A few attorneys share what they like best outside of work:

After work, there is nothing better than playing tennis outside in the searing sunshine.  In winter, it’s spinning and all year around, I always find time for travel, as well as wine tasting in Woodinville, Walla Walla, and Willamette Valley.
