MPBA's trial attorneys represent clients in all types of business, real estate and personal civil disputes in all state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Our goal is to obtain the best possible result for our clients for a reasonable fee. Accordingly, our lawyers are also experienced mediators and arbitrators who advocate the use of less expensive and/or more effective alternatives to trial whenever appropriate.

One of our members, M. Wayne Blair, was primarily responsible for drafting and implementing the rules for mandatory arbitration first adopted in King County, and followed by most counties in Washington. Mr. Blair was also on the committee which drafted rules designed to bring about speedier trials in civil matters in King County Superior Court.
